Handcrafted in our manufacturing facility, located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The facility is not far from Lake Placid, home of the 1932 and 1980 Winter Olympics. You are able to return an item when it's unopened and still in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
